1. Get FORM from Financial courses office.

2.Photostat Results or print from ACCA website

3. Fill in the form

4. Prepare RM125 (ouch!)

5. Bring all THREE items (form, results & $$) to PAYMENT COUNTER (former monash block, 1st floor)
-remember to pay by 14th Mac, coming Friday..
